I’m Sr. Kathleen Stakelum MSC, a Catholic sister living in Opelousas, LA. I was trained at the Archdiocesan Spirituality Center in New Orleans and have been doing spiritual direction thirty years in addition to my ministry in church parishes, retreat ministry, Hospice and nursing home spiritual care. I see spiritual direction as listening to what God is doing in the directee’s life, helping them to notice God’s love for them and to respond to it.
