I am a lifelong Catholic and over the years have been involved in several ministries in my parish, St Mary Basilica, Natchez, MS, most recently leading workshops centered on contemplative prayer methods. I also serve on the board of Ignatian Ministries. My husband and I have two college-aged daughters, and I work full time at our local community college teaching business, marketing and public speaking courses. I completed the internship in spiritual direction in August 2024.

I often find myself feeling very humbled that God would choose me to participate in this beautiful ministry. The people who know me best have seen a remarkable change in me and my increasing trust in how God loves his people so deeply, always inviting them into a closer relationship. I feel called to this ministry, to assist others in a deeper understanding of where God is inviting them to draw nearer.
